EVENT SCHEDULE:
May 15th
6:00p ​Depart Wichita, Kansas
8:30p Arrive at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel and Convention Center​
(Check in. Delivery of bags to each room)
​Please note: Black Wall Street Rally Team has not released the timing of the evening social. Once released, we will send an email to all who have registered with the bus departure time from the hotel. Please understand this would be an optional event. If you choose to stay in the hotel there is an onsite resturant and various activities around the hotel.
May 16th
​Once the Black Wall Street Rally Team releases event times we will notify all who have registered of the first bus departure time for early morning events. As of now a definite will be that the bus will have a final departure of 11:30a from the hotel as checkout is 11:00a.
11:45a - Bus Arrives at Black Wall Street Rally
Upon completion of close out concert or 9:30p (whichever is first) - Bus Load and Depart Tulsa
​Midnight - Bus Arrives back to Wichita
